Who we are
Upelo provides restaurants with their own branded ordering apps. This policy explains how we handle the information you share with us on upelo.io.
What we collect
When you request a demo, we collect the details you submit: your name, restaurant name, phone number, country, and — optionally — your email address and city. That's all; the website has no user accounts and collects nothing else about you.
How we use it
We use your details solely to contact you about your demo request and, if you become a customer, to set up your service. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing.
Where it lives and for how long
Demo requests are stored in Upelo's systems hosted on Amazon Web Services. We keep them for as long as needed to follow up; if you'd like your request deleted, email us and we'll remove it promptly.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Your region preference is stored only in your own browser. If we measure visits, we use cookieless, privacy-respecting analytics that do not identify you.
